The D&AD awards have arrived once again and we are so excited to have several members of our team and roster undertaking the huge honour of judging on this year's panels. The D&AD awards champion creativity and community, reinvesting into programmes such as the New Blood awards, which aim to inspire the next generation of creative talent and work towards a fairer future for the industry.
These core values align so closely with our own here at Jelly and we are incredibly proud to have our team sharing their expertise and collaborating with the other talented people on the panels.
Nicki - Art Direction Jury
Nicki is thrilled to be a part of the Art Direction jury alongside fellow talented creatives.
Recently taking on the role of joint MD, Nicki has nearly 18 years of experience working alongside artists and creatives in the advertising and design industry, to elevate and find the perfect match on briefs of all shapes and sizes around the globe. With a strong eye for creative excellence, Nicki is excited to see the range of brilliant work in the Art Direction category.

Mickaël - Illustration Jury
Mickaël aka Black Childish is excited to be part of the illustration jury, to see the amazing work from the entrants and help award the inspiring winners.
At the core of D&AD is the celebration of creativity and its innovative and fresh applications, something that Mickaël found especially inspiring while taking part in the judging process, '...looking at each project in details really helped me reflect on the importance of a strong concept, that you can then translate visually in order to tell a story the best way.'
Leandro - Type Design & Lettering Jury
Leandro is excited to see the range of work as a judge this year on the type design and lettering jury.
As an award-winning artist including Young Guns, with his work most recently being part of the Webby award-winning 'Born a Sneakerhead' eBay campaign, Leandro crafts deeply considered work and is a big supporter of investing in making the industry a fairer place, which he saw reflected in the diverse range of work shortlisted this year.
Alison - Type Design & Lettering Jury
A trailblazer of hand-lettering, Alison is honoured to take part in the awards process this year, to see the boundary-pushing work that uplifts creativity and provides inspiration.
Alison's deep love for hand-crafted design and creativity is illustrated in her work and something she believes is integral to innovation. "Designing creatively is hugely important as it fosters authenticity and is incredibly powerful in building emotional connections with target audiences, driving consumer behaviour and encouraging change as a force for good."
D&AD Judging finishes up next weekend ready for the Festival and Award Ceremony. We’ll be back with news and insights following the Festival.
