Alexandra Palace Theatre Series

Hattie was approached by Lovers desgin agency to create 3 spots for the re-opening of Alexandra Palace’s Victorian theatre, which had been closed for almost 80 years.

Each spot represents a different element of the threatre’s eccentric history representing: theatre, comedy, and music.

The aesthetic is inspired by the Victorian theatre itself, crafted with mixed media, and the movement was achieved by a combination of stop motion and After Effects to yield a delightful, fantastical effect.
