Animation director Kaho Yoshida mixes stop motion styles with 2d drawings to create fresh aesthetics and humour that bring life to everyday objects and found media.
Raised in Tokyo, Kaho moved to suburban Canada aged 15. During this time she found great joy in expressing herself through visual art, and has gone on to use her craft to collaborate on a variety of projects for McDonald’s, TEDEd, Swissaid, Hootsuite, and more.
Passionate about making people feel seen and uplifting other voices, she likes to tell stories that highlight experiences that often go untold.
